Included in our services is the installation of all UPS, Inverters, and Stabilizers, Networking Installation and Configuration Services, CCTV Installation, and Maintenance.     • All prices are ex-Kigali warehouse prices valid for one month. Delivery to site is not included in above, additional charges can be discussed based on site location.<\/span><\/li>
    • If goods are sold out, delivery period is 10-14 weeks from the date of LPO.<\/span><\/li>
    • All delivery times are indicative only and are subject to change depending on stock availability with the vendor at the time of placing the order.<\/span><\/li>
    • Single phase units are plug and play units, if installation for single phase is required additional charges will be applicable.<\/span><\/li>
    • Start- up services are applicable only for 3phase units. Once site readiness is confirmed Engineer will be scheduled within 24-48 hrs.<\/span><\/li>
    • Start-up of above 3 phase is offered within Kigali city limits for a period of 3months from the date of invoice. If 3months exceeded there are applicable charges for this service which can vary depending on the site location. For o<\/span>ut of Kigali the startup is 200 $ + vat \u00a0for each location. Once Engineer is scheduled and site is not ready additional $ 200 per day charges will be applicable.<\/span><\/li>
    • According to manufacturer standards, if start-up is requested in a period of above 6months of purchase, warranty cannot be provided.<\/span><\/li>
    • Start-up service does not cover any material required during the installation, cabling or any other civil work.<\/span><\/li>
    • Any price hike from the manufacturer\/ Vendor will be applicable in the period of framework contract.<\/span><\/li>
    • Payment terms \u2013 50% with the PO for back order and balance 50% on collection of goods and for available stocks cash\/ transfer before collection of goods from our warehouse for first order, Credit terms agreed for privileged customers..<\/span><\/li>
