Please note.
- All prices are ex Kigali warehouse price valid for one month. Delivery to site is not included in above, additional charges can be discussed based on site location.
- If goods are sold out, delivery period 10-14 weeks from the date of LPO.
- All delivery times are indicative only and are subject to change depending on stock availability with the vendor at the time of placing the order.
- Single phase units are plug and play units, if installation for single phase is required additional charges will be applicable.
- Start- up services are applicable only for 3phase units. Once site readiness is confirmed Engineer will be scheduled within 24-48 hrs.
- Start-up of above 3 phase is offered within Kigali city limits for a period of 3months from the date of invoice. If 3months exceeded there are applicable charges for this service which can vary
- depending on the site location. For out of Kigali the startup is 200 $ + vat for each location. Once Engineer is scheduled and site is not ready additional $ 200 per day charges will be applicable.
- According to manufacturer standards, if start-up is requested in a period of above 6months of purchase, warranty cannot be provided.
- Start-up service does not cover any material required during the installation, cabling or any other civil work.
- Any price hike from the manufacturer/ Vendor will be applicable in the period of framework contract.
- Payment terms – 50% with the PO for back order and balance 50% on collection of goods and for available stocks cash/ transfer before collection of goods from our warehouse for first order,Credit terms agreed for privileged customers..
